You may also contact your local city shelter and ask them for the names and contact information for local shelters that they work with. Then you may also send the people that you contact information on local rescue groups. As a realtor, you don't have to coordinate the final connection of your contact with the animal that they foster (or adopt) all the final work is done directly between your contact and the local rescue group or Best Friends Animal Society.
As a RErescue member, you are essentially a foster lead generator!
When you meet people at your open houses or community events and you will simply point them in the right direction so that they may take the next step on their own.
